Full perimeter protection for a villa in Brasschaat

The challenge

A 3,200 m² property with garden access on three sides, and owners who wanted zero visible impact on the architecture.

The design

Our engineer surveyed every sightline and designed a layered system: outdoor MotionCam detectors, six ColorVu cameras and presence-simulation lighting.

The result

Installation completed in two days. The owners control everything from one app, and the system has already politely discouraged one nighttime visitor.
